Elegant Edibles is a specialty food company which cooks its own line of all natural, gourmet confections, baked items, snacks, and recipe ready ingredients for anyone who loves to cook.

We began over 20 years ago as Mrs. Powell's Gourmet Pecans, with a signature recipe for Brandied Pecans. Over the years we have grown from a holiday gift business to a specialty food company that has its own retail store but also distributes its products to other retailers, to hotels for mini-bars, to private jet management for in-flight snacks, and to those that visit us on this web-site.

Our products are prepared with the utmost love and care from all natural ingredients. We cook by hand, in small batches to insure quality and freshness. And, we package by hand to carry through with our quality promise.
