Grilled Chicken Salad with Asian Pecans |

Ingredients:FOR THE MARINADE & DRESSING
8 tablespoon rice vinegar
4 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
1/2 cup vegetable or peanut oil
1 tablespoon roasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
FOR THE SALAD
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Romaine lettuce
Bean Sprouts
Cucumber
Red pepper
Cilantro
Sesame seeds (optional)
1 8oz. pkg. "Elegant Edibles Asian Pecans"
Directions:Spice up your favorite recipes with our Asian Pecans!
1. Marinate the chicken in 1/4 of the marinade. Grill and reserve.
2. Wash Lettuce, dice cucumber, julienne red pepper.
3. Prepare a bed of romaine luttuce. Top with sliced chicken, bean sprouts, cucumber, cilantro leaves and sesame seeds. Pour dressing over, sprinkle with pecan halves and serve.
